Our standard expandable homes feature an additional exterior layer of cladding, enhancing both aesthetics and protection against weather elements. The metal cladding, designed to resemble wood, is available in various patterns and colors. The 20ft expandable homes include options for 1-4 bedrooms, a bathroom (equipped with a toilet, shower, and vanity), a kitchen (featuring a countertop, cabinets, double sink, and faucets), and a living area.
 
These expandable homes come with 75mm insulated fireproof exterior walls. The interior features wall cladding and trimmings to complete the décor, along with PVC flooring and bathroom tiles.

The 20ft homes can be tailored to any floor plan, allowing you to choose from various options for doors, windows, bathroom layouts, flooring, and colors.

Delivery and Installation
Expandable homes are 90% complete upon delivery and take approximately 20 minutes to expand. The final 10% involves installing various supplied interior fittings (easy DIY), with instructions provided for assembly.
