Standard Expandable homes fitted with an extra exterior layer (cladding) to enhance the homes appearance and protect the home from weather elements. The metal wood like Cladding is available in multiple patterns & colours. Exterior cladding assists with sound reduction, additional insulation & fire resistance. (refer cladding page)

The 20ft standard Expandable homes include 1-4 Bedrooms, Bathroom (Toilet, Shower, Vanity), Kitchen (bench, cabinets, double sink, faucets,) and Living Area.
 
Expandable Homes with exterior cladding include 75mm insulated fireproof exterior walls and interior includes inner wall cladding & trimmings to complete décor along with PVC flooring & bathroom tiles.
 
The 20ft homes can be designed to any floor layout and include various selections to customise Doors, Windows, Floor Plan, Bathroom, Flooring & Colours - No Additional Cost.

Expandable Homes are 90% complete on delivery and take approx. 20min to expand. The remaining 10% involves installing various supplied kitset interior fittings to be fixed (easy DIY) once install completed. Instructions supplied re install and fitting fixtures.
 
The portable or permanent Expandable Homes can also be used for Offices, Granny Flats, Shops, Surgery, Holiday Rentals, Vets, Classrooms, Sports Clubs, etc.
