Our expandable homes can be fitted with customized decking and roofing solutions, including stairs, pitch roofs, and patio roofs. Decking can be designed to any size, including surrounding decks, while pitch and patio roofs are tailored to meet customer specifications. Guttering can also be included.

Delivery and Installation
Expandable homes are 90% complete upon delivery and require approximately 20 minutes for expansion. The remaining 10% involves installing various supplied interior fittings, which can be easily completed as a DIY project. Installation instructions are provided.
