The standard homes can be designed to any floor layout and include various selections to customise Doors, Windows, Floor Plan, Bathroom, Flooring & Colours - No Additional Cost.

Expandable Homes are 90% complete on delivery and take approx. 20min to expand. The remaining 10% involves installing various supplied kitset interior fittings to be fixed (easy DIY) once install completed. Instructions supplied re install and fitting fixtures.
