Customised Expandable homes are a standard home fitted with extras & upgrades as per customer requirements. All aspects of the home inside & outside can be customised including cladding, flooring, windows, doors, roof, decking, internal ceiling height, plus more.
 
The custom 40ft homes include 1-4 Bedrooms, Bathroom (Toilet, Shower, Vanity), Kitchen (bench, cabinets, double sink, faucets,) and Living Area. The layout can be any design and both doors and windows can be repositioned/added.

Expandable Homes are 90% complete on delivery and take approx. 20min to expand. The remaining 10% involves installing various supplied kitset interior fittings to be fixed (easy DIY) once install completed. Instructions supplied re install and fitting fixtures.
 
The portable or permanent Expandable Homes can also be used for Offices, Granny Flats, Shops, Surgery, Holiday Rentals, Vets, Classrooms, Sports Clubs, etc.
