The Expandable homes include outer sheet metal cladding which is available in multiple colours re standard Expandable homes. The Homes also include interior Wall Cladding & Trimmings to complete home décor. Options to customise as per colour requirements
 
Outer Panel Cladding - additional
Panel Cladding is fitted to enhance the homes stylish appearance, additional insulation and protects the home from all weather elements. It also assists with sound reduction & fire resistance
 
The metal wood like Cladding is available in multiple patterns & colours. 
Panel Cladding Expandable – standard home + panel cladding
20ft Cladding $2,500 + $27,000 = $29,500
40ft Cladding $3,500 + $37,000 = $40,500
 
Expandable Homes are 90% complete on delivery and take approx. 20min to expand. The remaining 10% involves installing various supplied kitset interior fittings to be fixed (easy DIY) once install completed. Instructions supplied re install and fitting fixtures.
 
The portable or permanent Expandable Homes can also be used for Offices, Granny Flats, Shops, Surgery, Holiday Rentals, Vets, Classrooms, Sports Clubs, etc.
