Our expandable homes can be fitted with customised decking and roofing solutions, including stairs (front & sides), pitch roof, and patio roofs. Decking can be designed to any size, including surrounding decks, while pitch and patio roofs are tailored to meet customer specifications. Guttering can also be included.

Delivery and Assembly
Expandable Homes arrive 90% complete and take approximately 20 minutes to expand. The remaining 10% involves easy DIY installation of supplied kitset interior fittings, with instructions provided for all fixtures. These versatile homes can also be utilised as offices, granny flats, medical practices, holiday rentals, veterinary clinics, school classrooms, sports club facilities, and more.
