Expandable Homes are the new & long-term solution for quick stylish economical accommodation. The custom made ready to go certified Expandable Homes, that triple in size when installing, are made to Australian standards and include Kitchen, Bathroom, 1-5 Bedrooms, Living Area, and all internal Plumbing & Electricals. 
 
Expandable Homes are 90% complete on delivery and take approx. 20min to install/expand. The remaining 10% involves installing various supplied kitset interior fittings to be fixed (easy DIY) once install completed. Instructions supplied re install and fitting fixtures.
 
The portable or permanent Expandable Homes can also be used for Offices, Granny Flats, Shops, Surgery, Holiday Rentals, Vets, Classrooms, Sports Clubs, etc.
 
There are 4 x styles of Expandable Homes
Standard Expandable – complete home without upgrades or extras
The standard Expandable homes include Bathroom (Toilet, Shower, Vanity), Kitchen (bench, cabinets, sink, faucets,) and can be designed to any floor layout. There are multiple options to customise the standard Expandable homes without additional cost. 
 
Custom Expandable – customer customises upgrades exterior & interior
Customer customises inside/outside as per their requirements. This may include extra-large Glass windows, T&G Flooring, Extra fittings, Extend Height, Cladding, Pitch Roof, Decking, etc.
 
Cladding Expandable – expandable homes with exterior cladding
Expandable homes fitted with an extra exterior layer to protect the home from all-weather elements. Also assists with sound, insulation & additional fire resistance. Various styles and colours.
 
Deck/Roof Expandable – extended ceiling, decking, pitch roof
Homes can have the Ceiling Height increased to 2.7m Internal. There are options to add a Pitch Roof, Awning & Decking.

KITCHEN
The Expandable Homes include Kitchen Cabinets, Double Stainless Steel Sink, Faucets, Bench Top and internal Plumbing/Electricals. The Kitchen can be positioned anywhere and is often beside the bathroom left/right. Kitchens can be customised re size and designed to fit fridges, dishwashers and ovens. 
 
Option to upgrade/add Overhead Kitchen Cabinets and extra Kitchen Window, back wall
 
BATHROOM
The Bathroom is the only room that cannot be repositioned. It must remain centre rear in the home.
There is an option to include 2 x bathrooms. The 2nd bathroom is directly opposite, centre front.
 
The bathroom includes Vanity, Mirror, Toilet, Shower and internal Plumbing. Bathrooms can be customised including disability bathrooms & fittings. Bathroom floor includes either PVC Flooring or Tiles. Washing machines are often located in the bathroom and plumbing can be included.

White 566 PVC Trimmings for ceiling edge, brown 5845/2275 for floor edge, white 24 for roof joint corner & corner post. Rubber sealing strip.

Bathroom/Kitchen 25mm Water Pipes, Toilet 50mm, Sewage 100mm.
Electrics: Installed Circuit, 6 LED Lights, 8 Sockets, 20A Circuit Breakers
 
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
The 20ft & 40ft Expandable homes are shipped inside 40ft High Cube containers to nearest destination port. Option to have OTTOP unload container at our depots or the whole container can be delivered to location site. A crane is required to unload the expandable from the container.
OTTOP can also unload at depots and deliver expandable to location site.
 
INSTALL / ASSEMBLEY
Takes approx 20 minutes to expand the Expandable homes. There are various kitset fittings that will need to be fitted once home expanded. There may be additional items if selecting Extra's which include decking & roofing. These are supplied in kitset form and require install after home expanded.
 
Water & Power connection from Expandable Home to site utilities will have to be completed by an experienced/licenced Electrician & Plumber.
