Our eco-friendly, all-weather floating house docks are designed for versatility, allowing for custom configurations to accommodate various structures such as homes, offices, sheds, and other dwelling types.
 
Key Features
Modular Design: The docks utilize modular cubes that provide buoyancies ranging from 220 kg/m² to 700 kg/m². The non-slip surface can easily be enhanced with timber or artificial flooring for added safety.
Environmental Consideration: Lightweight and durable, these floating docks are designed to ensure no damage to the surrounding marine environment. They can be resized, repositioned, reshaped, or removed as needed.
Secure Installation: The docks can be anchored to existing structures, secured to the seabed, attached to swing moorings, or fastened to poles and pylons.

Dock Installation
Installing our docks is a straightforward DIY process, typically taking about one hour for two people to connect 50 cubes. All necessary specialized tools and detailed assembly instructions are provided. Floating docks can be assembled on land or water and can be extended, reshaped, resized, or repositioned at any time. If you require installation assistance, OTTOP can arrange this for an additional fee.
