Roof Fabric
The tent features a double-layer roof. The outer layer is made from 1050g PVDF membrane material, designed for waterproofing, heat insulation, and UV protection. The inner layer is composed of 850g PVC, also waterproof and UV-resistant, primarily serving to block dust and sand.
 
Frame Material
The frame includes a steel structure skeleton for the roof and support columns for the walls, treated with hot-dip galvanization for anti-corrosion. This design ensures durability in various environments, including mountains, jungles, deserts, and coastal areas. Support columns are further reinforced with anti-corrosive wood, providing a sturdy, wood-like appearance.
 
Wall Options
Available in soft wall (PVC membrane material) and hard wall (sandwich panels, glass walls, calcium silicate panels). Wall materials can be customised to meet customer requirements.
 
Windows & Doors
Windows feature an aluminium frame with a wood grain finish for an elegant look. Door options include single or double open glass and wooden doors.
 
Ground Systems
Also known as decks or platforms, these are available in round or rectangular shapes, constructed from preservative-treated wood and steel. They elevate the structure above the ground, ensuring dryness and stability.
