Real Wood Artistic Parquet Flooring is a luxurious flooring among wooden flooring products and is a type of wood flooring made by arranging small slats of wood in distinct, repeating patterns. Most modern parquet flooring comes in tile form, made of solid wooden slats bonded to a backing material.

Elm is a coarse grained hardwood which is moderately hard and very tough – good at resisting splitting under stress with excellent steam bending qualities and water resistant properties. Elm wood has a Janka Hardness rating of 830 and is classified as a “soft hardwood,” meaning it's quite durable and tough, but it is softer than other hardwoods.
 
Elm wood is valued for its interlocking grain, and resistance to splitting, with significant uses in flooring, wagon-wheel hubs, chair seats, coffins, & Japanese Taiko drums are often cut from the wood of old elm trees.
